  • Landon Talley (38) is charged with 15 counts related to possession of illegal material involving minors.

Emergency Alert System Update

The Webster County Emergency Management says its alert system is designed to automatically send full warning messages to residents.

The system uses CodeRED, which alerts people if their registered address falls within a weather warning issued by the National Weather Service.
