Deputies from the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of an out-of-control man who had reportedly left a facility run by Inspired Living.
The man later moved to a field behind Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he allegedly threw rocks at another person.
Arrest and Struggle
Officers from the London Police Department reached the spot first. When deputies arrived, both teams were already struggling to control the man.
A deputy helped restrain him, and he was taken into custody.
